There are many aspects of our company who all work together in harmony in order to provide you with a seamless experience. From kitchen and bakery, event coordinators and front of house, they are play a fundamental part.

We are made up of a talented team of 60 individuals across all our divisions and we are extremely proud of each and every single member, their passion and commitment truly are the secret to our success. With a range of dynamic personalities and passion for delivering impeccable service, each day holds something new for us and is always full of fun! As we to grow and evolve into the company we are today, we are extremely excited for what the future holds!

Meet our Senior team…

David Peters

Managing Director

Our very own Managing Director, David has an extensive history in the catering sector. Having manged hospitality since 1990, prior to establishing Saltire in 2000, his knowledge and experience is truly overwhelming and makes us here at Saltire very proud! A confident and creative director, David has significant experience as a catering manager of multi-site and large volume catering operations, both in retail and corporate market. David has seen the company grow and develop over the years and is full of admiration of our achievements. Working with an inspiring team is what means the most to David.

Bran Jankovic

Culinary Director

Having worked in three countries and across a variety of diverse catering establishments, Bran is a long-standing team member of the Saltire Hospitality family and a significant part of our amazing team. Extremely passionate about the use of local, Scottish produce and suppliers, Bran believes that using fresh, seasonal ingredients always pays dividends when incorporated into our offering. Bran personally oversee all Saltire’s food productions from menu creations to ensuring quality and consistency of our products and service delivery. He loves talking about food, cooking fresh food and most important eating simply delicious food. You’ll very rarely see Bran without a smile on his face!

Mary Mill

Finance Director

Our lovely Mary has been a part of the Saltire family since our establishment. Having worked in Financial Sector for over 30 years, Mary keeps us in line with all things related to finance, is super organised and always motivates our team. We love her bubbly personality and she’s always sure to keeps us all smiling here in the office!

Rebecca Peters

Sales Director

As part of the official Peters family, Becky has truly grown up in the family business. Having worked with Saltires since 2007 in various roles, she knows all aspects of the company inside out. Now leading up our sales team, Becky is contract manager for many of our key contracts. She if full of enthusiasm and absolutely loves working with our clients, creating inspiring events and providing the best possible experience for all. Becky strives for perfection in everything she does and with a fantastic team of planners behind her we are always sure to exceed expectations.
